We pay a loan return of 12% per year if money accrues until house
sells or 10% per year for
quarterly payments, for a five (5) year period.
There are NO commissions or "sales load" taken out of
your loan dollars. Additionally, should you need to liquidate,
we DO NOT charge an "early withdrawal fee", as do many banks.
However, we ask that you do advise us thirty days in advance if
circumstances require you to liquidate your loan. Your loan is
secured by a first or second mortgage, on a single family home, right here
in Huber Heights. Second
mortgages are for loans of under $24,000. The loan on any
property does not exceed 70% loan to value, and in most cases, it is much
less.
The company was started in 1981 by Fred and Tami Holmes,
a resident of Huber Heights for
years. The principal business is the purchase, rehab and
resale of single family homes in the Huber Heights
